As a prepper pastor, I have found myself always in a state of readiness for ‘come what may.’  When I was living in LA, it was about earthquakes. When I was in upstate NY, it was about being snowed in for a season without power and such.  Here in the Midwest, it’s about tornados. AsContinue reading “Packed Up & Ready to Go!”

They say you should never grocery shop when you’re hungry, or make rash decisions after a personal tragedy or lack of sleep.  I hear this and try to abide, but I find myself writing a blog from a place of anger, rage, and a feeling that justice is not being served for the body ofContinue reading “In the Midst of the Mess”

I am finding that is has become a bit unpopular to be a watcher in these last of the last days.  I mean, not for other watchers so much as it is for those believers who perhaps are not looking for the Lord’s return like He commanded us to do in these last days.  “WatchContinue reading “Waiting to Launch”

I have been thinking about the past lately, mainly because I feel that there are fewer days ahead than are behind for me.  It would seem that the longer I live, the more memories I make.  I have found myself enjoying popular music clips from the late 70’s on the Midnight Special via YouTube.  YouContinue reading “Don’t Look Back”

Daniel was a prophet of God who was taken captive during the Babylonian exile where he would serve under four different kings.  It was during this time that God spoke to Daniel and revealed future truths about what was to occur over the next three millennia.  God used Daniel as an instrument of faith andContinue reading “Daniel 12 – A Brief Overview”

Jesus, when He was asked by the Pharisees, “…when (will) the kingdom of God would come, He (Jesus) answered them and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation; 21 nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.”  – Luke 17:20,21 The phrase, ‘withinContinue reading “Heaven is Within You”

There has been a lot of posting and vlogging about the Asbury revival as of late and I felt to throw in a few thoughts myself on the matter.  First of all, revivals are as they do, and anyone and everyone who has ever been part of a revival or experienced a genuine move ofContinue reading “A Revival Moment”

I have been pondering my life over the past two years, the last 26 months.  Ever since we left Gardena and the church and community of people we served there, I have been trying to figure out my life.  Moving to Missouri has been quite a journey, but one that I felt was necessary toContinue reading “My Last Two Years”

I have been observing a lot of the watcher channels on YouTube and have come to discover a certain rhythm in how they present the times and seasons that we are living in. Some of the watchers are legit, they are safe, and their theology and doctrinal stands are consistent with the Bible.  However, thereContinue reading “A ‘Two Moon’ Rapture”

While the title of this blog may seem like a rerun of a Joseph Kerschbaum song, I assure you, it only seems that way.  In Kerschbaum’s song. the chorus is the same as the song title, and it’s sung between each verse where some of the lyrics say,  ‘All of the children once running aroundContinue reading “Where Have All the Children Gone?”
